Please read these terms and conditions before you order a logo from bizturf.com. You are required to agree with them before ordering. Have fun.
a) Full copyright transfer is included in the $59 custom logo package. Bizturf.com retains copyright ownership of any $29 pre-made logo design ordered unless payment of $59 is received.
b) If paying $59 for copyrights of a pre-made logo design, the purchased design will permanently be removed from bizturf.com. This does not mean that no one else has purchased this logo design in the past.
c) Once final payment is made and the final logo images are sent, payment is non-refundable.
d) Bizturf.com reserves the right to discontinue making free logo designs and revisions for a customer after a reasonable amount have been made.
e) Bizturf.com will not make any logos that infringe on the copyrights or trademarks of any other company.
f) An email address and internet access is required to order a logo through bizturf.com.
g) Every attempt will be made to create 3 original logo designs within 3 days. If a large volume of orders are received over a short time period, this may become impossible.
